The final setup of one connection: exactly what the transport passes to live.connect. Built once per connect as the JSON the SDK sends (a value JSON cannot carry, such as a function, is dropped, as it is on the wire) and deep-frozen, so a credential locked to it (a Gemini ephemeral token with liveConnectConstraints) locks what is actually sent.

It holds secrets: config.sessionResumption.handle, when present, is a bearer secret that resumes the conversation under any key, and config.systemInstruction is the full instruction, with whatever the application put in it.
