What a transport's connect() or reconnect() rejects with when it can describe why the attempt failed before setup (the Gemini transport with a credentialProvider): the error also carries the attempt's ConnectFailure, the one its lifecycle events reported. A VoiceSession dials an automatic reconnect that failed this way again through its reconnect budget, unless connectFailure.retryable is false.
