Interface: BackgroundAgentSessionView

Read-only view of the live session state, threaded into BackgroundAgents via BackgroundAgentContext.session. The host actor maintains an internal cache (mailbox-serialized) updated on every lifecycle envelope; agents read the current values via these getters without reaching across actor boundaries.
